Cherry tomato pie

  • Cherry tomato pie

• 1 kg cherry tomatoes
• 10 gr dried oregano
• ½ dl olive oil
• 1 bunch basil
• 100 gr small black olives
• pepper from the mill
• salt
essential oil basil
• ready-made puff pastry

Extras according to préférence:
• diced feta cheese
• sliced mozzarella
• slices eggplant, peppers or zucchini
• roasted pine nuts

Preheat oven to 210 ° C.

Divide the puff pastry over the baking tins.Prick with a fork a few times in each pastry bottom.


Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes. Arrange them on the pastry and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the oregano.

Add 2 doses essential oil basil to the olive oil and spoon over the tomatoes. Bake 15 to 20 min. Decorate with the basil and olives.

Serve lukewarm, with a fresh green salad.
