Tips: In a tablespoon of oily arnica macerate, dilute 2 to 3 drops of organic essential oil of immortelle (or Italian helichrysum) for a coupled action.

Directions for use:EXTERNAL USE. Apply a few drops on the affected areas and gently massage until absorbed.
